How to Access the Citizens Advice Service in East staffordshire

 

From the 7th September 2009 you will need to book an appointment to see an assessoor. The "drop in" service will n longer be available.

A receptionist will be availablle to make face too face appointments with you. The appointment will be made where possible within 7 working days.

You will be given an appointment slip to confirm the details. The appointment will last for 5-10 minutes, the adviser will assess your problem to decide how the CAB can help you. Following on from this First Stage Asseessment clients will be offerd one or more routes to further advice. The assessor will make this decision.

NB OUR RECEPTIONISTS ARE NOT TRAINED ADVISERS AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

Tuesday
  10.00 am - 3.00 pm
Wednesday
  1.30 pm - 4.00 pm
Thursday
  10.00 am - 3.00 pm

Following on from this First Stage Assessment clients will be offered one or more routes to further advice. The assessor will make this decision for you.

Uttoxeter Business Centre, Dovefields Retail Park, Uttoxeter

10.00 am to 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm  to 4.00 pm

TUESDAY

Face to Face gateway advice assessments available at
Uttoxeter Library, High Street, Uttoxeter
between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm   
 (please note this is a first come first served session)

Telephone advice is available by calling 0844 848 7902
between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm

WEDNESDAY

Telephone advice and face to face appointments available at
Uttoxeter Business Centre, Dovefields Retail Park, Uttoxeter

Burton upon Trent between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm
